Monitoring Student Progress         

Within the Individual Learning Plan (ILP) are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely) goals that are developed collaboratively by the classroom or subject teacher and the LS teacher. The student’s progress is measured after the 6-8 week period against the assessment criteria specified for that particular goal. Any goal can focus on a specific need which may include the following:
